The Network Block Time Agreement offers you the flexibility to select the level of coverage according to your anticipated needs for up to a 12 month period. You to determine the hourly support rate based on the number of hours you want to purchase. This is a great way to plan out your IT plan when a Managed Services plan isn’t exactly what you and your business needs.
Network Block Time Rates
There are three rates for Network Block Time that you can purchase from. The more hours you purchase, the lower the rates are. You can purchase more Network Block Time hours at any time. The contract lasts for one year, but if it (and your hours) are about to expire, you can renew the contract for another year by purchasing five or more hours.
The first rate, called Level #1, is when you purchase 5 to 10 hours at a rate of $100 each. Level #2 is for 11 to 25 hours at $95 each, and lastly, Level #3 is for 26+ hours at $85 each—which is the rate of our basic Tier I work. Don’t worry if you have something that only takes five minutes to fix! Some companies might charge you for 30 minutes of work and others even an hour. All our labor is charged in 15 minute increments.
Our Block Time rates apply differently during after hours. Any work done outside of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm is charged time and a half. Additionally, doubled labor rates apply on Sundays and Capitol Computers paid holidays.
