Adobe Acrobat XI Pro: Introduction

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Acrobat XI Pro: Basic is the first of a two-course ILT series that will teach students fundamental concepts and terminology, as well as the basic features of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. Students will learn how to create PDF documents, edit text, and modify images. They’ll also move pages, optimize file size, work with bookmarks, add links, and manage security issues by using password encryption, digital signatures, and electronic signatures. They’ll explore document review techniques, including the use of comments, markups, and shared reviews.
PREREQUISITES: Before taking this course, students should be familiar with Windows 7 basic functions of their computer’s operating system such as creating folders, launching programs, and working with windows. Students should also have the basic windows application skills, such as copying and pasting objects, formatting text, and saving files.
